EMSCON Guardian — Privacy Policy

EMSCON Solutions, LLC · Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how EMSCON Solutions, LLC (“EMSCON,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the EMSCON Guardian personal safety and wellness check-in service (the “Service”), available at app.emscon-console.com.

EMSCON Guardian is experimental beta software and is not a guaranteed medical-alert, monitoring, or emergency-dispatch service. In any emergency, call 911.

1. Who we are

EMSCON Solutions, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. Contact: admin@emscon-console.com.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use information

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. SMS text messages

With your consent, we send transactional SMS messages (safety alerts, check-in requests, and account notifications) to the mobile number associated with your account. Message frequency varies with activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not delete your account but will stop text alerts to that number. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase.

5. How information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and activity information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and keep an incident record. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting admin@emscon-console.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal or safety reasons.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, per-account data isolation, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Health information is treated as highly sensitive; however, the Service is not a certified healthcare system and no business associate agreement is implied.

8. Children

A family account administrator may add family members, including minors, who use the Service on their own devices with the administrator’s involvement. The administrator is responsible for obtaining any necessary consent for members they add.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
